1 Civilian killed while trying to flee to Sudan
Dozens of Tigrayans were fleeing from Rawyan to Sudan. Amhara militia shot at them. 1 was killed, 3 managed to cross (2 severely wounded, 1 safe), the rest returned back. Sudanese security forces intervened to stop the shooting.
